FLASH GAPPS RIGHT AFTER FLASHING THE ROM BEFORE REBOOTING THE SYSTEM.
OR ELSE U WILL FACE MANY BUGS ....

AFTER INSTALLING ANY APP FROM FILE MANAGER DONT OPEN IT ..FIRST  CLICK ON DONE THEN OPEN IT FROM APP DRAWER OR ELSE THAT APP WILL NOT COME ON APP DRAWER ...... 
Installation :
*Make sure you make a backup of your current rom
*You must be on IRIS 504Q Plus and custom recovery installed
*Wipe data/factory reset
*Wipe cache
*Wipe advance->dalvik cache
*Flash ROM from sdcard
*Flash The Root.zip
MOST IMPORTANT STEP
*REBOOT
*IF DISABLE RECOVERY FLASH AND APPLY ROOT COMES THEN SIMPLY SKIP IT
